In 2021, a significant investment from a consortium led by GRO Capital and Kirk Kapital, with Trifork joining as a strategic partner, helped accelerate its expansion and product development. To support its next phase of growth, Promon strengthened its leadership team. In 2024, Daniel Kollberg was appointed CEO, bringing extensive experience in strategic leadership. He was soon joined by Shaun Cooney as Chief Product& Technology Officer (CPTO), further defining the company’s direction.
